When the University of Texas decided to build an on-campus conference center hotel within footsteps of the renowned McCombs School of Business and within view of the UT football stadium, a group of visionaries recognized a once-in-a-generation business opportunity—the chance to offer private “ownership” of suites in the hotel during UT home games with a guaranteed payback. We worked with Sibley-Peteet Design Austin to create the sales brochure that would outline the proposition, capture the excitement, communicate the value, and make this offer absolutely irresistible.
