Kaiser Permanente was already a well-known and trusted health care provider on the West Coast before engaging 1400 Words for a regional push, yet everyone knew the organization was up against some stiff competition when it made the move to establish a foothold in Texas. Working in conjunction with Kaiser’s local ad Dallas agency, 1400 Words created a TV and newspaper campaign intended to build brand recognition and attract new members. The result? Our advertising generated an average of 100 inquiry calls per day every time the advertising ran—a 200 percent increase in response.
